SHIPPING POLICY

Greenvisions.biz delivers throughout South Africa, usually within 1-5 working days subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment. Customers living in major centres can expect shorter delivery times.

Major centres include: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Gauteng, Durban, Pretoria
All other areas may may experience a slightly longer delivery time than Major centres listed above.

Cost of Delivery:

Pricing on the website is exclusive of VAT(unless otherwise stated), but does not include shipping costs. Shipping cost is calculated on checkout and will be displayed during the checkout process. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the checkout process should you wish.

Stock Availability:

If an item is no longer in stock, it will be placed on backorder, and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order with Greenvisions.biz, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm our receipt of your order request.

Shipping Confirmation

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail confirming shipment including tracking information if sent by courier.

I have not received my order?

Once your order is shipped, we can track the parcel 24/7/365 and will be able to advise you on the delivery of your order. Please call our call centre on (012) 804 888.

Delivery Address:

Courier: Please ensure that there will be someone to accept the goods at the designated delivery address.
We do not courier 'Door to Door' to PO Boxes, should you have selected a PO Box address then the parcel will be couriered to the nearest post office address in your area. Your post office will send you a notification to collect.

International Deliveries (All excluding South Africa)

Depending on the destination and customs, international deliveries can take up to 12 weeks.

International Delivery Methods & Restrictions

Please note that all international deliveries are subject to the import and custom laws of that country and that Greenvisions.biz can not be held responsible if a parcel or item is detained or confiscated due to these laws.
